Cookie Policy

What are cookies

Cookies are small pieces of data that a website can place on your browser, used to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, or measure how the site is used. Similar storage mechanisms (such as localStorage) work the same way and are governed by the same policy on this Website.

Categories we use (or will use)

Current state (27 April 2026)

This Website does not currently load Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, the Meta pixel, or any third-party advertising trackers. The consent banner you see is in place so that when we do add such tags in the future, they will respect your stated preference from the moment they load.

Google Consent Mode v2

We use Google's Consent Mode v2 framework to coordinate consent with any future analytics or advertising tags. Your consent state is stored in your browser via localStorage under the key tjs-cookie-consent as a small JSON object containing the policy version, a timestamp, and your per-category choices. The default state is denied for analytics and advertising storage. Your stored preference is reset every 12 months so that you are asked again, and we will also bump the policy version and ask again whenever the categories or purposes change.

Third-party services

If you click out to YouTube, Google Maps, social networks, or any other third-party service, that service is governed by its own cookie and privacy policy, not by ours. We have no control over cookies or storage set by third-party domains you visit.

Manage your preferences

You can change your preferences at any time. Manage cookies.

Browser controls

All major browsers let you delete cookies and block them at the operating system or browser level, either site by site or globally. The exact controls vary by browser; check your browser's settings or help pages for "cookies", "site data", or "privacy and security".

Updates to this policy

We will update this page when our cookie usage changes (for example, when we add analytics or advertising tags) and bump the consent version, which will trigger a fresh consent prompt the next time you visit.
