We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated on behalf of the Uttarakhand Forest Department, Madhya Pradesh Forest Department, Assam Forest Department, Rajasthan Forest Department, Uttar Pradesh Forest Department, or any state or central government tourism authority. We are not the official park authority and we are not the official permit issuer.

Park entry permits and safari zone allocations are issued by the relevant state Forest Department through their official portal. The official Jim Corbett booking portal is corbettonline.uk.gov.in (Uttarakhand). For other parks, permit issuance is handled by the respective state Forest Department's online portal or designated booking centre. We submit applications on your behalf as a tour operator; final allocation is at the discretion of the Forest Department.

Non-affiliation with Named Brands

We may reference national parks by their official names (for example, Jim Corbett National Park, Bandhavgarh, Kanha) as geographic references and travel destinations. Using these names does not imply ownership, sponsorship, or partnership with the park authority. Names of resorts and lodges, where mentioned on this site, are independent businesses we work with as suppliers. We do not own, operate, or control any lodge or resort; we coordinate stays and pass on the supplier's terms.

Information Accuracy and Changes

We make every effort to keep itinerary, pricing, and availability information accurate and up to date. However, Forest Department schedules, weather conditions, vehicle availability, lodge availability, and other supplier conditions can change with little notice. Where any material change affects a trip we have quoted or booked, we will inform you before confirming or proceeding so you can decide how you would like to handle it.

Wildlife Sightings

Wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed. Tigers, leopards, rhinos, elephants, and other species follow their own schedules. We optimise itinerary length, zone allocation requests, timing of safaris, and choice of guides to maximise the chances of meaningful sightings, but no tour operator (including us) can promise a particular animal will be seen on a particular drive. A safari is a wildlife experience, not a zoo visit.
